We love Douglas Lake!More than 30,000 acres, the lake is surrounded by beautiful Tennessee scenery. If you like water sports, this is the place for you. Douglas Lake is a top rated fishing lake for bass and crappie. Catch other favorites such as sunfish and bluegill.
There are lots of coves and inlets to explore. It's a great lake for boating.
Katie and Karen especially enjoy sailing on our little sunfish.Actually, Katie does the sailing and Karen enjoys the scenery. Beautiful vistas surround us with rolling hills, rocky shorelines and gorgeous skies.
Douglas Lake offers plenty of water activities such as boating, fishing, and swimming.
Last year we added a large lakeside dock, perfect for a picnic or a relaxing evening after a day on the lake.Our hillside trees keep the deck shaded until mid-afternoon so it's a cool place to enjoy a gentle breeze.
Of course, the floating dock is always in the sun and is great for diving and jumping into the deep water.
